Rooms were okay they need to care more about housekeeping, Night shift front office and restaurant managers were very helpful. But I want to say sorry because I never give a bad reviews about some one working in the hotel , Mr Praveen he was in front desk seriously he need more training to face travellers .

We had a wonderful family stay at the resort on 14th–15th September. The ambience was truly relaxing, the food was excellent, and the hospitality exceeded our expectations. A special mention to Sujit, Kaushal, and Santosh who took care of us throughout our stay with such warmth and attention. Their service made our experience even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, good food, and great hospitality.

Our recent visit to UVA Meridian Bay Resort was unfortunately marred by significant maintenance issues. Upon arrival, there was a noticeable lack of security or staff to assist, leaving guests to navigate check-in unaided. The general upkeep of the resort was poor. The indoor play area, a key amenity for families, showed clear signs of neglect and disrepair, making it largely unusable. Our room, while functional, lacked proper maintenance, with several elements appearing worn or not fully operational. The resort surroundings were equally disappointing; pathways and common areas lacked basic upkeep, giving a general impression of neglect. Despite these considerable shortcomings, two aspects stood out positively: the staff were consistently courteous and helpful, and the food served at the resort was genuinely good, offering a redeeming quality to an otherwise subpar experience. However, the overall poor maintenance overshadows these positives, making it hard to recommend for a comfortable stay.

It’s a great place with excellent view of garden and landscape.. rooms are good, well maintained.. food area is elegant and food is so good and tasty breakfast.. chef Krishna”s Pongal, poha, Kesaribath must try.. evening if you are non veg iteration try chilli chicken which is different from regular.. Aashish, Saradha and other stewards are best in their service.. overall a perfect family place..

Had a wonderful experience with my friends. Very friendly staff and excellent service. We were especially impressed by the hospitality of the restaurant staff Mr Kiran Kumar. The professionalism and friendly demeanor created a pleasant dining experience with chef Krishna. Overall, the service was reliable, responsive, and customer-focused, contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We truly appreciated the efforts of the entire team and would gladly recommend this place for its outstanding service.

We spent 2 nights here with family. Hotel rooms are spacious and having a pool view. Breakfast buffet was great. We opted for couple of sessions at spa. Spa treatments were really great Shraddha was very courteous and helped us always in food service in restaurant

We recently stayed for 2 nights. Reception desk was prompt. Food and service was excellent. Library, cycling, few indoor games were available Gym was well equipped Icing on the cake is their waterpark. Well maintained and lot of slides, rides and different pools are there There is a 3D theatre, horror house Overall we had a memorable stay Highly recommend and will comeback for sure
